Should I start at Level III?

Why must I complete Level I  and II before attempting Level III?
Level III demolishes all the old paradigms of working out.  This is where things get extremely creative, challenging and fun!   Level III is extraordinarily unique in its ability to provide unlimited and exponential results.  Please, keep in mind that Level III is meant for very advanced people who have completely finished Levels I and II.  It requires serious core strength, flexibility, correct dynamic movement patterns, strength, endurance, balance. agility and coordination.  If you have completed Levels I and II, then we are extremely excited to introduce you to our crown jewel: Level III.

Most workout programs are designed for aesthetics.  Working out in a gym and body building began as a sport.  Somehow in the last 50 years it has been slammed into mainstream culture and thought to be a great way to stay in shape.  Unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth.  Yes, there are very intelligent people in the fitness community.  Many know how to maximize the limited potential of working out in a gym.  But, for the vast majority of people who enter the gym, little or no knowledge of how the body functions not only prevents them from making permanent gains, but also becomes a hindrance as time passes.  Making certain parts of the body very strong at the expense of other, less aesthetically pleasing ones, creates muscle and postural imbalances. This can cause the body to prematurely age, increase chronic pain, and actually store fat. The exercises in Level I are specifically designed to build a solid foundation by correcting postural distortions, muscle imbalances and incorrect movement patterns. In addition, the Level I and II exercises provide a solid foundation of strength from which to build.

A good deal of Level III deals in free form movement (FFM), where there are no set patterns.   Free form movement could be defined as movement that takes place in every day life. (Walking on uneven terrain, lifting unbalanced things, carrying a child, shoveling dirt, etc) While working out in a gym, a person may learn “good form or good technique,” but the problem with this lies in the fact that there is almost never a circumstance in life where everything is perfectly balanced and moves on one perfect plane of motion.  This is the reason for the “new” cutting edge technological break-through equipment, which utilizes more free motion.  This new “technology” is the fitness industries’ latest attempt to simulate “real life movement.” Yet one must simply try picking up their child, a rock, or a log to experience free motion movement.

In short, although many people will feel the strong temptation to jump into Level III, we very strongly recommend you complete Levels I and II first.  It will not only help protect you from injury in Level III, but also greatly enhance your potential for amazing results in Level III.  We know what we are talking about and believe us, there are no shortcuts.  Allow your body to develop the right amount of strength, endurance and power before beginning Level III.  It is well worth the wait.  Once you are ready, this Level will blow your mind!
