The information in this book is excellent and very easy to understand. I love all the great tips throughout the book and the Did you Know info. So great to feel like I understand diet and exercise now!! I never did before. And I love the workouts,because being able to do them at home is a lifesaver. I've lost 42 pounds and counting! Thanks guys.

Saved a lot of cash and canceled the gym membership! I have been using this program for 3 months and I am happy to say I have lost 26 pounds. 26 pounds! I could never lose that much weight before no matter how hard I tried. It's really hard to believe how quickly it just melted off me. Great exercises and workouts! Fun and simple to do and best of all, NO equipment so I can do it at home or wherever I need to do it. Thank you! Thank you!
