Level II Rocks! January 26, 2009
Reviewer: Doug Black from Spokane Valley, WA United States
I went through all of Level I and felt great.  My back pain was gone and I no longer had any knee pain either.  But, honestly, I was a little nervous about stepping up to Level II.  I was kind of surprised at well it bridged from Level I.  What shocked me the most was how quickly I adapted to the exercises and how quickly my body started transforming.  I started to get legitimately cut and strong.  I went back on the basketball court after an 8 month break (due to the knee pain I was talking about before) and I was much faster than I had been in years.  Thanks guys.  I will be recommending this to all my buddies.  Amazing program!

Opened up a whole new world... January 15, 2009
Reviewer: Eric P. from Jacksonville, FL United States
I was the guy you would see at the gym doing bench presses, biceps and triceps.  Those all looked good and were strong, but I started getting back pain.  I wanted to try something new and a buddy of mine told me about you guys.  I went through Level I already and loved it.  Took care of my back problem which was a Godsend.  But, I had to write in about Level II. Without a doubt THE BEST WORKOUTS I HAVE EVER DONE.  My back is stronger than ever, I have lost 15 pounds and I look ten times better than I used to.  I never realized what I was missing.  I cannot even imagine what Level III is all about since Level II is so challenging.  Anyway, great work you guys!  I have been recommending this to everyone!!  Thanks again.

People keep copying my workouts now! January 8, 2009
Reviewer: Barry T. from Marquette, MI United States
I bought this book out of boredom at the gym and have yet to be disappointed.  Every single time I try one of your level 2 workouts, something changes.  I was skeptical but I’m already getting stronger and more cut.  My weak ankles even get a workout and know I will twist them less because of how good by balance and ankle power is now. I even have a small following of friends that want to work out with me, because its totally hard but fun and different as well.  And Ive noticed people in the gym are watching me and trying to copy my workouts!! It's pretty funny.   You do a very thorough job at explaining the reasoning behind the program and each exercise. Thanks again.
