This book is a life changer.  I am an attorney and I just did not have time to workout much anymore.  I have two young kids and between the office and home, I was lucky to find time to workout more than once a week.  I sit a lot at my desk and I noticed I started having regular back pain.  I went through Level I, because it allowed me to workout on my schedule.  I can tell you the workouts are very different from anything I have done in the past.  They just make sense.  The back pain is completely gone and I've lost fifteen pounds.  I am so happy I found you guys!  Thanks again.

This program has helped to relieve my knee pain! January 10, 2009

I am so impressed with the Dynamics of Motion system that Scott and Cory have created.  I have been following their program for the last month and already have been seeing incredible results.  I was involved in an accident in the Spring of 2005 where I was run over by a car and my entire body was under 2,000 lbs resulting in severe knee pain.  All of the trainers I have worked out with have done nothing to help with the pain I have been dealing with and would only tell me what exercises to avoid.  Scott and Cory gave me exercises to do that would strengthen the muscles around my knee and problem areas and now I feel about 50% less pain doing the things that used to really hurt like hiking up Runyon Canyon or walking up multiple flights of stairs.  And the best part is I can do the workouts in the comfort of my own home.  You gotta try this program!  It is really awesome and I am excited to get to Level II!

Extraordinary. This book changed my life! January 10, 2009

About 2 months ago, I was out of shape, but made up my mind to start working out again. the problem was I had no idea what to do.  I was about 30 pounds overweight and pretty constant knee pain.  I started Level I and immediately noticed a difference.  Within about 2 months, my knee pain was gone and I had lost about 15 pounds.  I have learned a ton about my body and these days I am actually excited to workout.  I know people say this a lot, but in this case it is true.  This book changed my life.  Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Back Pain gone in 3 weeks! January 8, 2009

Thank you so much for the book!  I have had lower back problems for the last 2 years.  I've tried a bunch of things, but they only made my back worse.  I had an MRI done and there is apparently nothing wrong or so they say.  I came across your website while doing research because I am an active person by nature and hate getting cabin fever because I can't move around very well.  Three weeks working with the exercises in the level 1 book and I can now move freely.  The pain is gone!  Thank you.
