Literally.  It's not just that I look better, because I have lost a lot of weight and gotten pretty toned up which I absolutely love.  But, all this talk of being more functional is no joke.  I can do things better now than I could 10 years ago.  And the books are absolutely seamless.  One flows into the next without missing a step.  I went through Levels I and II in about 6 months and have just started Level III.  It's definitely amazing stuff.  But, I had to write in and say thank you, because I am so grateful for all your hard work.

Ok now I want to write to tell (or brag rather, hehe) about what I did so far. 66 years young. Was not in good shape. Repeat not in good shape. Extra pounds, the whole nine yards.  I bought the whole system as a way to motivate myself to do more than just walk for 15 minutes a day around the park. Im now over 15 pounds thinner and flexible enough to touch my feet.  I literally feel 10 no 20 years younger and Im only part way through the second book.  I thank you.
