Quick, easy to do, love the workouts.  I've lost 16 pounds in 5 weeks.  But, it's not just the weight.  All my pants are way to loose on me now.  Going shopping this weekend and am very excited about it.  Thanks guys for the great program.

I just watched the video on fitperez.com and decided to try it for myself. I work out on a daily basis but wow. I wasn't expecting it to be so tough. I'm definitely going to be doing this daily! I love that its only 4 minutes and its 2 dynamic motions!

Okay, okay I was more skeptical than a lot of people.  4 minutes?  Come on, man.  I workout a lot and do a lot of cardio.  I do cycling classes and treadmill at least 3 times a week.  I saw this, didn't really believe it, but was very intrigued, I have to say.  Anyway, I got it just to try it for a few days.

All I can say is OH MY GOD!  I am so addicted to these workouts now!  They are the coolest thing I have ever done.  I usually do about 2-3 a day.  I have lost 5 pounds in the last 12 days.  The thing about these workouts that I love is that you are not starving later in the day like I always was with the cycling classes.  It just tones your body and burns fat without totally depleting you.

I am hooked!  Thanks guys.
