
Level II is a continuation of the self-discovery from Level I. We will be moving beyond the basics into more challenging exercises and programs that focus on functional strength, movement agility, balance and endurance. This means you can expect to lose a significant amount of body fat and acquire lean and toned muscle. Of course, we will continue to build on the foundations established in Level I: correcting postural distortions, muscle imbalances, and inflexibility. But, at this point, we expect that you have done a lot of work on these issues and are ready for more advanced exercises. To insure the best results possible as well as your safety, we strongly recommend completing Level I before attempting Level II. You will find the results gained from this Level are extraordinary.
