Ankles are a very mobile joint and sprains are a very common injury.  Unfortunately, an ankle sprain is very painful and disruptive to daily life.  A sprained ankle can take months to heal and usually requires bed rest and crutches.  I have personally had so many sprains to my ankles playing basketball and other sports that I learned the hard way about the slow healing time and pain involved with this kind of injury.

The time tested answer to a sprained ankle is R.I.C.E., but it has proven itself to be an ineffective and inferior method of rehabilitating a sprained ankle.  The idea that merely resting and icing your ankles it until it's better simply does not work very well.  I developed a rehab system that dramatically cuts down on the healing time and significantly strengthens your ankles so that you heal quickly and completely.  In fact, it is a major factor in reducing your risk of future sprains to your ankles.
