An ankle sprain is an extremely common injury, but it is also very
painful and disruptive to daily life. A sprained ankle can take months
to rehab and usually requires bed rest and crutches. I have personally
had so many ankle sprains playing basketball and other sports that I
learned the hard way about the slow rehab time and pain involved with
this kind of injury.The
time tested answer to a sprained ankle is R.I.C.E., but it has proven
itself to be an ineffective and inferior treatment for rehabilitating a
sprained ankle. The idea that merely rest and ice is a good option as
an ankle sprain rehab is a fallacy. I developed a rehab
treatment system that dramatically cuts down on the healing time and
